Do Coptic Orthodox drink

If they choose to do so, as the Bible never condemns the drinking of alcohol, only drunkenness. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and your health is a gift from God, that may not be appreciated until it is taken away from us. Be wise in your freedom.

I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything.
1 Corinthians 6:12

Do Coptic Orthodox circumcise

In the Old Testament, those who were uncircumcised were not allowed to partake in the Passover. In the New Testament, those who were not baptized, were not allowed to participated in Holy Communion. Baptism became the circumcision of the New Testament, where the circumcision of the spirit through baptism became far more important than the circumcision of flesh.

Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing. Keeping God’s commands is what counts.
1 Corinthians 7:19
